At MIRAJE Official, all products are made to order through our international print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Final Sale Items
All items marked as “Final Sale” (including limited drops and sale items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [miraje2624@gmail.com] with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

• Items must be unused and in original condition

Shipping & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by carriers or customs once an order has shipped.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
